This is the CoaguChek XS System Test. Please complete all 15 questions. A passing score is 80%. If you score lower than 80%, please take the test again until you pass. To take the test again, just click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the screen and click on the "CoaguChek XS System Test" again on the Education Website.

You do not need to print the test or notify Staff Development when you have taken the test. Staff Development will be checking test results weekly, printing your certificate and giving the certificates to Human Resources to file.
