Social Skills Inventory Quiz
Adapted and used with permission from Mind Garden, Inc. The Social Skills Inventory (SSI) is a 90-question self- report measure designed to measure the possession of basic emotional and social communication skills. The SSI is based on a theoretical model of communication skills that presumes that there are three basic types of skills: expressive (encoding) skills, sensitivity (decoding) skills, and control (regulatory) skills. These three basic types of emotional/social skills comprise the core of emotional and social intelligence.
