Fahrenheit 451 plays with the idea of what would happen if technology took over in our lives and literature of any kind: books, newspapers, and magazines were outlawed. Education would not become as important as physical labor. Wars happened in 3 days or less and then they were over. No one cared when someone died. Children are seen as a hassle rather than a bundle of joy. See where you stand on the idea of a muddled, simple minded world. The question is, which Fahrenheit 451 character are you?
You watch the bombing from afar since you don't really have a home.
You are trying to stop it and are planning a counter attack.
You are pondering why there has to be war. Death does not scare you so you do not panic.
You watch the bombing from afar and start to cry when you see all the destruction that has happened to what was once your home.
You don't care. You turn up your music and jam out.

I would never do anything wrong! I abide by the rules thank you very much!
So what if I know a poem or two! Since society has forgotten about me it shouldn't matter.
I got caught having books in my house, which are illegal. I take the flame thrower closest to me and burn the person who found me to a crisp! Then I do the only thing I can do, run away as fast as I can!
No one has proof of me doing anything wrong since I am as sneaky as a snake!
