Through the National Association of Counties' ENERGY STAR Campaign, Orange County can win a $5,000 grant by collecting the most pledges throughout the community. If we win the grant, we will use the award to purchase 50 LED light bulbs to be awarded in a drawing of pledge participants. But we have to beat out all the other counties to get the LED light bulbs!
