I head right for the bird section and look for parrots. I'm disappointed if they don't have any.

Noise doesn't bother me. I know parrots can get loud at times but bring it on!
Some noise is not bad - an occasional screech would be just fine with me.

Cost, no problem - I know parrots are smart and need lots of toys to keep them happy. I have done my homework and know what I would be getting into.
Cost! I'm always tight on finances - more month than money. The cash I have, I chose to invest in meeting my needs.
I would provide for my parrot's ongoing needs just like I would for any other companion pet that's part of my family.
