CPQR Patient Reported Outcomes Self-Assessment Tool

The Canadian Partnership for Quality Radiotherapy (CPQR) has committed to providing guidance to Canadian radiation treatment programs on essential elements of patient reported outcomes (PROs) that reflect best practice. In 2020 CPQR’s PRO Working Group, consisting of radiation therapists, radiation oncologists, physicists and patient representatives, released Guidance on the use of Patient Reported Outcomes for Canadian Radiation Treatment Programs. The document is designed to provide guidance and insights for radiation treatment programs that seek information on the appropriate use and implementation of PROs.

You can access the document here.

This self-monitoring tool has been created to allow centres to assess their progress against the guidance statements contained within the document and use the results to inform program priorities going forward.

Once you complete the audit and click "Done" a score will be automatically generated for you to print off and use.
