Chemform eLearning - Online Basic Chemical Awareness Training

Welcome to Chemform eLearning. The short 'Basic Chemical Awareness Training' includes a series of modules and questions. 

If you would like the final report emailed directly to management, please enter management's email address below, otherwise enter your own email address. Once the final question has been submitted, a report and certificate will be generated on the screen. You will have the option to download the certificate and/or print the report.
 

The report will also be sent to the email address entered during registration. This email will be sent from [email protected]. Completion reports may be sent to your employer upon their request.
