I would take a bunch of my ranch hands, corner the owner, and calmly explain that it is in his best interest that he return the stolen cattle.
I would beat the owner to a pulp to teach him a lesson, then I would take my cattle back home ... and maybe some of his as well.
I would ride over and take back my cattle. If the owner tries to stop me, I would shoot him.
I would sneak over at night, take my cattle back, and cut the barb wire so that his cattle could escape.
I would go to the sheriff and make sure he does something about it.
