According to The Highway code, all bikes ridden at night must be fitted with a rear reflector. Article 60 of the code states that all bikes manufactured after October 1, 1985 MUST also have amber pedal reflectors, to bring the bike in line with Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations (RVLR).
