EnterCode test, Part 2 - Colleague. To pass the test you need to answer 8 out of 9 questions correctly, which means a minimum of 89 out of 100 points. Remember you also need to pass EnterCode test Part 1 Customer and EnterCode test Part 3 Company, Citizenship and Control as well to become compliant.
It is given to me by my line manager twice a year in Performance Development review-meetings.
I regularly give and receive feedback from colleagues and my line manager in my daily work, not only in the Performance Development reviews.
If I do not receive any feedback, I expect that my deliveries are "beyond expectations".
