Create a quick profile in Worldox using the client and matter number given. Drag and drop the email as they come in into the folder under the Worldox heading in Outlook that gets created in this process.
Delete the email, they are not considered official documents and wait for the client to give you the information in physical form.

To check my spam account before 4 There is a link, on InsideSZD, in the bottom "Application" section that has a link to my postini inbox.
To check my spam account before 4 I can search for "Spam" on Inside SZD. This will bring up a link to postini I can click on.
If I am unsure of my password, and I enter in my password incorrectly, a link will appear that says "Forgot Password" I click on that link and start the process of getting a new password.
If I am unsure of my password, I can press CTRL + ALT + Del and this will bring up a new menu. I can then click on "Change Password" to change my password.
