Listen to the two videos, Lecture #1A and Lecture #1B to complete lecture #1. You can pause the videos at any time.
Download and print out the course materials in Lecture #1 which include the Excel spreadsheet (save to your hard drive)
Download and print out Rip Tide, Hidden Profit Commitment as well. You'll be reviewing these with your client.

Lecture #2- How to Close a Client, Deal with Objections
This is the second of eight lectures. In this lecture we'll take you through, step by step, how to find and close a client to take this 4 week journey with you. Lecture #3- Product and Service Line Review Process-Part 1
Lecture #3 is about how to conduct a product and service line review.
First, download the PDF of all video slides so you can follow along as you watch the video.
Second, be sure to download the Excel spreadsheets you'll find in chapter 1. You'll need to pull data from the accounting system to fill in revenues and gross margin by product. The spreadsheets include instructions on how to do this. You'll capture this data before meeting with your client.
Third, please download the Product Service Line Review PDF document to use with your client.
Fourth, review the Product/ Service Line workbook with the client and fill in the questions it asks.
Last, review your Excel spreadsheet findings with the client so you can fill in the 2X2 Matrix on the Excel spreadsheet together for their product/ service line.
Remember, the source data for the Excel spreadsheet should come from the client's accounting system software.
Lecture #4- Product/ Service Line Review Part 2
In part 1 you learned the concepts about how to conduct a product/ service line review. Here we'll take you through a series of additional case studies so you can see exactly how we applied these concepts. The results were truly amazing. And we haven't even reviewed pricing or client base yet!
