This assessment is designed based on Carl Jung's 16 personality typology model. Carl Jung was a Swiss psychologist and his typology model is one of the most well-respected and long-standing models in the history of psychology. Our psychographic assessments are built by Industrial/Organizational Psychologists who have Master’s and/or Doctorate degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and years of experience helping companies assess employees for job roles. This personality traits assessment is graded, so you can quickly view all candidates' scores in a single view. Detailed reports also provide information about the candidate's score, how each question was answered, how much time they took to complete the test, and more.
