​​​​​​ Its can also be defined as a sacred art. This means that music is used for worship in holy places such as churches, mosques, temples and shrines.
Most importantly, music is a universal language. This means that people appreciate and sing songs that are composed in languages that are not their own. For example. A Yoruba man can sing a song in Igbo , idoma, Hausa, Edo or tiv languages.
SOURCES OF MUSIC
The main source of music is sound. Sound can be defined as things we can hear. It can be produced in the following ways

2. By playing musical instruments
3. By striking two objects together
4. By animals, thunder, wind, birds cars, aeroplanes and so on.
